The Old School at Yealand Conyers provides good hostel holiday facilities that are ideal for groups.

It is provided by the local Society of Friends (Quakers) on a non-profit making basis.

Sited in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with easy access from the M6 and plenty of excellent local walks, attractions, and close to the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.

The charges for overnight accommodation are:

Adults: £9 per night. Children 16 and under: £4.50p per night

Clean and comfortable with full central heating, the hostel offers good self-catering accommodation at very reasonable prices. Groups up to about 30 in number can be taken, but we also welcome small groups. For Small Groups a minimum charge of £50 a night will be made.

Assistance with the charges may be available in appropriate cases. Please discuss any mobility aspects with the Wardens. Inspection visits are encouraged and very welcome.
